Lara was a part of Cool nrg’s founding team in 2007 before leading the delivery of its first project and expansion into Europe. Lara now leads Cool nrg’s international team from the company’s Melbourne headquarters. She joined Cool nrg following seven years with the Boston Consulting Group where she provided strategic advice to leading British and Australian companies. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, is a Monash Scholar, and has an honors degree in engineering.
Chris Tierney
Senior Executive Business Services
As a founding member, Chris is responsible for leading business services across Cool nrg as well as a standing attendee at Cool nrg board meetings. Prior to joining Easy Being Green and Cool nrg, Chris spent 25 years with BP. Highlights of his time with BP included Board membership and a central managerial role in the set-up and early operation of the BP/Caltex Lubricants Manufacturing joint venture in Australasia.
Emma Jenkin
Senior Executive Carbon Finance
Emma has over 10 years international finance experience in the carbon, commodity, debt and equity markets. Emma is an expert in carbon trading, project finance and CDM. As the Senior Executive, Carbon Finance, Emma is in charge of all cool nrg carbon finance activities, carbon sales and trading.
Gabrielle Henry
Senior CDM Consultant
With qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and Finance, Gabrielle has 13 years experience globally in renewable energy, and energy and water efficiency. Gabrielle currently has responsibility for all CDM project design and strategic advice on accreditation as well as the development of project documentation.
Alec Robinson
Senior Executive Supply Distribution and Logistics
Joining Cool nrg in 2008, Alec has been involved in five of Cool nrg’s major projects spanning the UK, Australia and Mexico. Key responsibilities have been in strategic product choice, negotiating our commercial arrangements with both major global corporations and local partners, as well as designing and managing the implementation of the operational aspects of projects.
Leisa Hart
Senior Executive Project Delivery
As the Senior Executive, Project Delivery Leisa is charged with ensuring that all Cool nrg projects are created and delivered with maximum benefit for all parties. As well as commercial outcomes, Leisa is responsible for the development and ongoing management of all Project Delivery Teams. Leisa was also a founding member of Cool nrg.
Robyn Lyons
Finance Manager
Robyn has over 20 years experience in Finance Management, having worked in both Australia and London during that time in a range of industries. As a CPA qualified Accountant, Robyn has overall responsibility for the management of the Cool nrg Group accounts, budgeting processes and global cashflows.
